The Menu
The menu at Doli boasts an extensive array of authentic dishes, presented with contemporary twists. Raw materials are sourced from local farms, fields, and the black seacoast, celebrating the regional bounty. Specialties at Doli include seasonal Pkhaleuli, fresh Nadughi, Pulet in Tkemali, Kharcho, and Elarji. Our deconstructed Kupati and sizzling Kebabs are cooked over wood fire on the Makali grill along with famous soft skin Imeruli Khachapuri.

Bespoke wine menu has been created especially for Doli led by Imereti and Kakheti’s elite wine regions. Wine list focuses on Georgian native natural wine culture along with well curated rare classic wines and international selection of our favourite bottles.

Meanwhile, Doli Kutaisi offers a unique experience with its Game Room for those seeking a more intimate setting. Here, food and drinks are accompanied by cheeky games.
